NIOS Recruitment 2019: National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has sought applications for appointment to 85 posts, including academic officers. These include the post of EDP Supervisor and Junior Assistant. Candidates can send online applications for these positions. The last date for applying is 17 May 2019. Other important information related to the vacant posts are as follows:
Academic Officer (Group-A), Position: 11 (Unreserved -05)
There will be appointments for these subjects: Defense Studies, English, Fine Arts, Lingsticks, Mass Communication, Psychology, Sanskrit, Science, Social Science, Special Education, Yoga
Qualification (All the above topics): Master Degree in the subject concerned with minimum 55% marks from recognized university or institute.
- Having good gains on English and Hindi language should be knowledge of working on computer.
Age limit: maximum 37 years
Scale: 56,100 to 1,77,500
EDP Supervisor (Group-B), Position: 37 (Unreserved- 18)
Qualification: Bachelor degree should be received from any recognized university in any subject.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application / Hardware Engineering or equivalent subject.
With this, there should be at least three years of experience in the field of Programming and System Development.
Age limit: maximum 37 years
Scale: 35,400 to 1,12,400 rupees
Junior Assistant (Group-C), Position: 37 (Unreserved -19)
Qualification: Twelfth pass from recognized school education board and hold good on Hindi / English language.
With this, typing speed at computer should be 6000 - Depression hourly.
Age limit: Maximum 27 years.
Scale: Rs 19,900 to Rs 63,200
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination / interview.
Application fee :
- General of Group-A post and Rs. 750 for OBC candidates. 250 / - for SC / ST
- General of the post of Group-B and Rs 500 for OBC candidates. 250 / - for SC / ST
- Normal for the post of Group-C and Rs 500 for OBC candidates. 150 / - for SC / ST
- Fees can be paid online through credit card / debit card or net banking.

- Detailed information related to posts will now be opened on your computer screen.
- Read it well and check your eligibility according to the posts.
After this, click on the Apply Online option given below.
- Click the Apply Now option in the recruitment mode (Direct) section on the new webpage that opens now.
- By doing this, the recruitment portal will open. Enter all the information sought in it and complete the application process as per the guidelines.
